Tony and Xavier began their careers in the restaurant industry, working their way up through the ranks, from busboy to General Manager, and from cook to Corporate Chef. Their journey was built on the restaurant floor, managing teams, controlling costs, solving operational challenges, and delivering consistent service in high-pressure environments. Through years of hands-on experience, they developed a clear understanding of what drives success in hospitality: disciplined operations, financial visibility, and timely decision-making.
As they advanced in their careers, they noticed a recurring challenge. Many restaurant owners were working hard to grow their businesses but lacked the financial clarity and cost controls needed to sustain profitability. Manual processes, fragmented systems, and delayed reporting made it difficult to respond quickly and operate efficiently.
They saw an opportunity to do things differently.
From that insight, ChouxBox was born, initially focused on helping restaurants strengthen financial control through structured bookkeeping and reliable reporting. What began as a focused solution evolved into a broader operational support model designed to help businesses run smarter, scale faster, and operate with confidence. Today, the company provides comprehensive bookkeeping and data management services to a growing portfolio of clients across the hospitality sector and beyond.
